Our approved service providers are familiar with the Pavillons de Bercy and their constraints; they are able to draw up projects that fit in perfectly with our four areas, without exclusivity or obligation.

Non-referenced caterers
A caterer not on the above list may work at the Pavillons de Bercy. For any caterer not on this list, a fee of €5 excluding VAT per guest must be paid. This service is subject to authorisation by the Pavillons de Bercy and will be the subject of a one-off agreement in accordance with chapter 4, article 7, of our specifications.
Catering service in the rooms
Our catering facilities are all easily accessible (songle-story) and have electrical connections that comply with french standards.
