European Heritage Days in Paris

« Today, the smiles I see on the children and adult’s faces alike justify the passion that has carried my team and I for 20 years. » Jean Paul Favand

Celebrate a Parisian Heritage

European Heritage Days provide access to thousands of rarely opened sites. Over the weekend, discover the Musée des Arts Forains, which is housed in an historical monument, ancient wine warehouses, listed among the french Inventaire Supplémentaire des Monuments Historiques.

GUIDED TOURS WITH SPECIAL RATE FOR THE HERITAGE DAYS IN PARIS

We offer to the public to discover the Museum at a preferential rate on this occasion. During the 1h30 guided tour, your guide will lead you from one room to another while relating the story of this unique place and the objects that lived inside. The whole constitutes the world’s largest reunion of 19th European fairground art. Throughout the tour, your “curiosity showman” will operate mechanical instrument and invite you to feel yesteryear’s emotion by riding some century-old carousels.

The Preservation of a unique Heritage

During these days, we also planned specific visits where visitors can meet our restorer and discover how we preserve and restore the thousands of objects we present. To participate to those unique visits, we propose a contest. All the information to participate will be shared in early September.
